Milky Egg Protein and Bee Pollen (Derivative) Complete Nutritional Beverage Prepared by Heated Pressure

Abstract

The art of this invention is to be simple and clear, including at minimum 3 base ingredients; however, the confection and making process of this product for consumption is the novel aspect and useful aspect as well. This product for consumption by any animal and any species of living body is designed to be made at large industrial scale (e.g. function within industrial powdering evaporation drum plant ex post unique confection based production, as well as, spray drying and freeze-drying) plus small individual personal scale. The purpose of this consumable product is to contain all requisite amino acids, minerals, and also vitamins necessary to sustain human, mammalian, life — all in a palatable formula, using the three strategic ingredients:  eggs (whites or whites and yolks), milk (or a milk like substitute with any of the 21 amino acids added to fortified a plant-based milk-substitute with equivalent nutritional value of cow’s milk, or the like animal milk with all 21 standard amino acids), and lastly bee pollen (or a bee pollen derivative product). All nations on this planet have access to eggs, milk, and bee pollen (or derivative such as honey). This composition is great for economically blighted economies and wealthy economies, and also can help the natural eco-system by building up and increasing local pollinator count — via increased demand for bees and their edible products. This is a simple and ideal consumable to help address and maintain any and all nutritional needs of humans in particular.

Description

1 is a fluid holder tank; 2 is a one way pressure valve so water and air components of tank 4 do not move back into the fluid holder tank; 3 is a pressure sensor and release to protect the fluid from exploding outside of where this desired fluid 4 is held inside of pressurized holding tank 10; the desired fluid can then leave through a pipe like structure 11; where it can steam 5, contents held inside of another tank (sterile and unsterile container) 6; then homogenizing and cooking the raw egg (white, white and yolk) 7 and the bee pollen (derivative) 8 and the milk 8 (or milk-substitute) as one single mixture.

Claims

What is described above is literally an espresso machine; however, its general desire can be increased to an industrial scale in essence. The fluid within the holding tank can be any type of fluid, including oils from plants and herbs — with medicinal properties and unique flavors as well. The novel aspect of this product for consumption is:  (1) the combination of eggs, milk, and bee pollen (and bee pollen derivative) plus (2) all three being instantaneously homogenized and cooked and sterilized all at the same time in the same sterile (and unsterile) container. The pressure and heat of the steamed holding tank water hitting the egg, pollen (derivative) and milk, instantly breaks the egg in to numerous, tiny, and cooked parts, as well as breaking about the pollen, and mixing it all into a homogenous, warm, sweet, nutritional beverage with all nutrients necessary to sustain human life. This homogenized mixture can then be frozen, consumed warm, and also mixed into any other food product. Furthermore, due to the heat of the steam it cooks the milk and essentially can be brought to a high enough temperature inside of a glass (metal, plastic, etc., heat-stable container) to make pasteurization unnecessary if the container is immediately sealed from the external environment. The parts of egg, pollen, and milk-like substance can be varied, as long as all three are present and homogenized together into a mixture. This mixture can even then, subsequently, be turned into a powder for even longer-term storage. However, the homogenized mixture with cooked egg part, pollen (derivative), and milk-like substance (including any desired additives) — specifically when cooked by applying pressurized heated fluid — captures the art of the present invention.

This patent can be made on the street of any nation by a single person with electricity and 150 USD investment in a machine, and it can be industrially expanded for scalability. The mixture is an excellent base for combining with many traditional drinks in most nations, as well as, a fortification ingredient in baked goods and the like.
