Universal Therapy Table (UTT) Using Two-Dimensional Regular Metric Components, B4i Provisional Patent Donation

Title: Universal Therapy Table (UTT) Using Two-Dimensional Regular Metric Components

Abstract:

The purpose of the UTT — a massage-like and surgical-like medical table — is to allow any given patient to identify where their human body tissues and material aspects on the anterior side (and the posterior side) need to be manipulated by (some combination of): topical substance(s), pressure, suction, skin puncture, electric current, electromagnetism (EM, light, laser magnetic fields), heat addition, heat subtraction, and (gross-wave versus ultrasonic-wave — standard rotating massage head versus extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy internal body material aspect manipulation –) kinetic energy. The UTT is to allow any given patient himself (or herself) to identify where their human body tissues on the anterior side (and the posterior side) need to be manipulated by (some combination of): pressure, suction, skin puncture, electric current, electromagnetism (EM, light, magnetic, field), heat addition, heat subtraction, kinetic energy (fast, slow, large, small), and topical substance application. The table surface has any given number of metric points and measurements marked on the length and width edges. These metric marks on the two orthogonal edges enable all persons with pain (or other malady) to locate their pain (malady) using a unique binomial identifier — an identifier which corresponds to both of the two edge metrics in physical space. For example, someone’s shoulder muscle pain could be consistently located at the identifier “2D” location on the table, where as someone’s lower right leg pain might be identified and located as “6D” through “7E” table marks — or the table surface area to include 6D, 7D, 6E, and 7E. The UTT, therefore allows an individual to not only obtain at least one binomial (two-part) identifier for their exact location(s) of pain and preferred therapy administration, but at each identified location on the table, there is a hole of any given size for securing a “therapy component(s)” — herein referred to as a “component”. Thus, the entire table can physically move beneath the user (itself vibrating, for example,), plus there can be any sort of energy (i.e. vibration, suction, electricity, EM, etc.) at the individually marked, binomial identified, location(s) on the table. Patient body weight under gravity — whether supine or not in its position atop the table surface(s) — can naturally be used to press the patient body onto the table and secured components; however, additional weights can be placed on the body areas atop the patient tissue surfaces as needed by component usage. In fact, two or more of these therapy “tables”, which are actually metric surfaces with holes for components — each facing convexly at least some degree varied from one another, angled less than 180 degree interior — can be used, for example, on both sides of any human tissue simultaneously — in a sandwich like orientation (the human tissues in the center between the multiple surfaces). Whereas only two of these non-parallel UTT surfaces are necessary pin-point the exact external and even the exact internal location for any given therapy administration via relevant component, and six or more of these UTTs can be combined to prismatic-ally enclose any such subject. Thus, the UTT can be utilized for non-human species treatment — as secondary function; however, it is principally designed to be used by a self-aware, competent, human with recognized self capacity, absent any and all licensed practitioner(s) for treatment of their own body tissue and body material aspects — with and without the assistant of robotic and artificial intelligent assistance — in every nation of the world. When no license is necessary for such internal and external — autonomous treatment — no government is lawfully empowered to stop, nor hinder, nor impede, any such free person from using a UTT for their own health. The uniqueness of UTT table does relate to its self-operation principle and self-measurement and self-informed usage ergonomics. For the reasons aforementioned — including capability to operate with the SGW Therapy Device — the UTT patent (provisional in nature) is donated to MEDRAR INC.

Description (with image aids):

10 is the headrest to the table, as the shoulder placement must line up with the edge of the table, resting the body of the human patient in the exact same physical location when both supine and prone. Shoulder plants can be used to assist in this alignment, despite not being drawn, labeled above. Further note, that this headrest can be of any physical form and shape and material. In order to ensure the body location on the table is fixed; simply the head rest must be fixed at a give time to the table surface itself; however, not necessarily permanently fixed (for example when the table itself is vibrating with usage of the oscillation motors). The headrest itself thus can be part of the table surface function itself, allowing human head tissues to be affected by components. Lastly, the headrest element, 10, of this present invention can be designed to be compatible with the SGW Therapy Device patent (see below, SGW device, “DIAGRAM ONE”).

11 indicates part of the binomial markers on one edge of the table, where 16, marks the other half of the binomial markers on the perpendicular side of the table. These marks must be of a regular metric, and to be regular simply each mark must be a constant, fixed, distance from all other markers on the table. The markers do not have any other dependence to any other aspect to the table. In fact such regular metric marks can shift upon the table itself as necessary and convenient. The only purpose of these metric marks are to relate in a fixed spatial fashion to themselves, so to allow a user to pin-point the location and areas of their body tissues they’d prefer manipulated energetically.

12 indicates a raised solid, wooden bar component, and is drawn thus to demonstrate how any such component could be secured by more than one end, more than one hole — traversing across a field of binominal markers. In the present invention this solid wooden bar component would ideally be held still, and perhaps even vibrate with the table after being secured. The human body tissues in setting of gravity would simple press tissue atop the bar component, therein finding a pressure due to weight. Whereas 13, is a single hole component, and it embodies how some components secure only to one location on the UTT surface. And where as 14, demonstrates how components, which span more than one hole, can span these holes in any direction (vertically in line with the subject body length, horizontally, diagonally, and any combination of such direction[s]).

UTT pressure components (for example 11, 12, etc,) can be controlled in real-time by the user, such that any such air pressure components are localized, pressurizing on user tissues based upon specific binomial, metric, marker. This allows computers a readily binary information set for response to user command.
It should be noted that components such as such 11 and 12, can specifically be produce pressure through any hole type and hole site using customizable inflation bag systems, as well as solid form tissue contact. In other words, pressure addition to user tissues (as seen in 11 and 12) is not limited to component(s) made of wood and solid substance(s), as can be seen in components designed to operate similar to enhanced external counter pulsation and pressure boots.
Note that 21 is a suction device component, a component which when duplicate can function as traditional Chinese cupping therapy.

21 can also apply negative pressure to wounds as well as human body openings, where the pumps and absorptions equipment is located in 15. The UTT is designed for acute and chronic care settings — where novelty principally is found in settings with no licensed medical professional and where the user (with and without assistance of robotic and artificial systems of aid) provides requisite information for usage and processes of therapy.

15 represents legs to the UTT. These legs themselves can be in any shape and any form, and can connect to any necessary side of the table. For example, these leg can help to suspend such a table, rather than support such UTT from the a ground below. The table legs do not necessarily need to be separate, rather suffice to somehow allow the UTT surface sides themselves to rest on any form other than the “legs” themselves. These legs can be used for cable passage to power the UTT table as needed. Furthermore, these legs can house vibrational motors, component materials, patient tissue and material aspect, SGW Therapy Device parts (e.g. air pumps), etcetera, as described first paragraph above as “oscillation motors”, 23. And when made compatible with the donated “Hollow directional valve-pump multi-system cylindrical-adaptation for endoscopic surgery” technology (Click Here to access patent diagram), the legs could hold the ozone generator and stored ozone (and, e.g., vapor carrying) tubes.

17 identifies one hole that allows some component(s) to either physically protrude through partly (wholly) and also secure any component desired. Some of these holes must have simple machine riveting, screw type locking, for securing components; while others of these holes must be very smaller to allow for a more precise and variable distribution of component elements on any given body tissue area. The drawing above is not to scale, nor is the hole 17 drawn to scale in relation to the metrics marked in 11, 16. A more accurate hole distribution would appear as holes distribute variably upon the UTT’s surface — with some areas of the table surface concentrating various types, (screw locking and non-screw locking) designs, and sizes — with the marked regular metric scales likely for the present invention in millimeters regardless of hole size and pattern. And in fact, 11 and 16 very well could be simply positive and negative millimeter coordinate pairs.

Example hole variability pattern, where the regular metric is only fixed dependent upon itself, not any particular hole pattern for component securing and therapy usage.

18 is a component secured to the UTT table and covers holes with relationed metric marks area. The component 18 shows a wooden knob which moves in a circle between the three metric mark locations 6D, 6C, and 7D. 18 as drawn embodies the type of component causing gross-wave motion unto the human tissue, and doing so from only one side — a simple massage knob. However, as not drawn the ultrasonic motion applied by securing ultrasonic motion devices to the table from two sides can be used to break apart and loosen various forms of body tissues, as well as, body material aspects such as bladder stones, kidney stones, possibly even labeled and tagged cancer masses for more efficient cellular destruction after delocalized with such (ultra)sonic motion. However, polarized light based therapy localization can further be secured via components, with possibility for photon-based coherence and in-coherence caused manipulation of tissue and body material aspect(s). Please keep in mind that components in the drawing (diagram) above only are shown from one UTT surface angle; however, these table-like-surfaces can actually be used to apply motions from multiple angles via parity. Below is a video of standard extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (SWL), where such a ultrasonic motion component can function using the UTT: one table above the patient material aspect (e.g. calcium stone, gallbladder slug) and one table below the patient material aspect of interest.

Additionally, regarding 18 — it is necessary to note — the embodiment of component 18 is not limited to small, ultrasonic-scale movements energies affecting smaller parts of patient malady tissue and material aspect. For example, an 18 component could very easily be duplicated itself, such that there are two component 18s, which together cause movement of human spinal cord tissues (on only the one single drawn UTT surface, diagramed above). These duplicate component 18s, or even multi-parous movement components arranged however appropriate atop the UTT, could be secured, for example, near the lower thoracic back (for example, T10 vertebrae) and upper lumbar back (for example, L1 vertebrae), locations to allow traction and decompression of material aspect and tissues between these dual 18 components. This gross movement would not be circular as is depicted in the present invention diagram; however, 18 very well could move uni-polarly as is seen within the still explored filed of spinal cord decompression medicines and therapy equipment (tables). See below for an example two such component surfaces decompressioning a spine through gross component movements of an upper and lower body tissue site:

Traction along the spine resulting from gross movement of two 18 components, causing pulling and separation of the disk aspect and tissue of a patient.
The two pads separated by the gap could represent motorized component 18s, which each span approximately half of the length of the human tissues and body each.
Diode laser wound healing possible with light component would be one single embodiment of component 19, and so would localized infra-red corporeal therapy treatment.
20 is an embodiment of a simple heat subtraction component, a cellulose freezing component subtract tissue heat to cause lysis, and 21 is an example of a heat addition component.
21 component(s) can induce far infrared light to any desired human body tissue location(s), allowing for targeted treatment and general treatment at all binomial locations. Heat can be added

22 is perhaps the most important component to discuss regarding the present invention novelty. Acupuncture requires precise puncture site, needle location positioning, on the human subject tissues (as can be seen in the image below). Therefore, the UTT’s system of binominal positioning using metric and fixed patient location sites, with hole-like aperture for component mechanized placement of such cutaneious puncturing needles — is the ONLY AND SIMPLIST(informational, physical,) “universal” method for any user to intentionally identify puncture site(s) and subsequently puncture their own needle at the identified site(s): all without using their own hands, nor practitioner hands directly on any given needle. Due to the UTT holes (opening which themselves mustn’t remain in any fixed configuration), as well as regular, fixed, metric system for encoding physical body location, a user with no hands — rather a basic voice-controlled interface and feedback system for input and output of command to UTT component(s) — and a UTT could theoretically and actually complete acupuncture upon themselves, by themselves. The voice command input is not necessary if more advanced imaging software and artificial intelligent assistance is available to the user. However, the novelty now the table binominal marks metricize the human tissues and material aspects to reduce and all together eliminate the necessity for any licensed medical professional.

Multiple component 22s in a rectilinear placement and securement onto the UTT can very simply use air pressure to propel needles at appropriate speed into the human tissues without the assistance of a practitioner. Over time the user is able to develop their own mapping of binomial markings, which require more needling.
