PURPOSE

3.01 Purpose

MEDRAR INC is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The main purpose of MEDRAR INC is benefit of WORLD HEALTH by providing better opportunities for communities to access and to optimize their own clean water, food, and living by completing research, planning, and subsequent implementation actions directly and indirectly. In the processes of research, planning, and subsequent implementation actions, MEDRAR INC will participate directly or indirectly in training, education, advising, or collaboration, or some combination of training, education, advising, and collaboration, with leaders of at risk communities and the general public of these same at-risk communities, so the general public of these communities can more so autonomously thrive in relief of aspects defining poverty and defining human distress. MEDRAR INC will operate at a local and global level to maximize impact, and will limit its training, education, advising, and collaboration efforts to involve corporations, public and private institutions, businesses, organizations, individual families, and individual natural persons, each necessarily demonstrating understanding and ability to further MEDRAR INC’s operation and substantial purpose of benefiting the general public.

3.02 Public Benefit

MEDRAR INC is designated as a public benefit corporation, such that all actions will be aimed at improving public access to and optimization of clean water, food and living by mitigating, or even eliminating all together, any verifiable barriers at local and global scales, whether material or immaterial in nature, such that what is historically natural, and historically artificial, on Earth or beyond Earth, of land and sea, whether animate or inanimate, is respected.

3.03 Powers

MEDRAR INC shall have the power, directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction or cooperation with others, to do any and all lawful acts which may be necessary or convenient to affect the charitable purposes, for which the corporation is organized, and to aid or assist other organizations or persons whose activities further accomplish, foster, or attain such purposes. The powers of the corporation may include, but not be limited to, the acceptance of contributions from the public and private sectors – whether financial contributions, quid pro quo contributions, or in-kind contributions – the establishment of branches or headquarters internationally, and any powers further codified in MEDRAR’s BYLAWS; where all such powers are for transactions of any and all lawful acts.
