MEDRAR not only manages lucrative patents, trade secrets, and proprietary information procured by transnational corporations, but trains and educates on how to effectively protect an idea in the patent system using free community-based ceramic classes. There is a large 90% discount for all patents filed with WIPO by any person in a number of developing nations, and MEDRAR is tapping into this IP goldmine of and for The People. MEDRAR offers product production and market introduction of patented ideas for all members and classes of society.
The pictures below capture the community-based innovation process for designing a new functional ceramics piece for patent. A leading contributor to this program trial was Professor Dominino Vilka from La Universidad Ricardo Palma. He has invested decades in teaching low socioeconomic and growing communities the value of functional ceramic making. And alongside Professor Vilka’s teaching and shared experience, future collaborations are hopeful in the USA, specifically with lucrative clay artists and ceramicists. Starting in Manchay, Lima, Peru, MEDRAR will expand courses, production site facilities, and most importantly, the scope of training for more highly skilled community workers.
